EXTERIOR- All body panels are original to the car and are all straight and rust free. I have checked this whole body with a Digital Thickness Indicator. There are no patch panels. Recent Butternut Yellow paint finish. Finish is smooth and glossy. There are a few small touched up chips from driving the car. There is a starburst looking flaw about the size of a nickel on the hood, and one very small door ding on the driver's quarter panel. The paint is not 1000 point Chevy/Vette Fest quality, but is quite respectable and better than acceptable for cruising and outdoor shows. The straight, rust free body more than compenstates for the few paint flaws. Front and rear bumpers have been rechromed. All other chrome and stainless in very good condition. Rally wheels with new General Ameri-300SL radial tires. All glass in excellent condition.
ENGINE AND DRIVETRAIN- Correct rebuilt JA code 1969 396-325 HP Chevelle engine. Holley four barrel carb with Edelbrock Performer 2 aluminum intake manifold. Engine was rebuilt to stock specifications. Hooker Headers, steel exhaust, Turbo mufflers, and chrome tips. Turbo 400 automatic transmission. 12 bolt differential with 3.23 gears. New springs and shocks. New control arm bushings. New brakes. New front suspension including ball joints, tie rods and ends, drag link, steering box, and torsion bar bushings. New rotors and calipers. New steel fuel and brake lines. Undercarriage was stripped and refinished in 30* gloss frame black. Original floors and rocker panels are super clean, solid, and rust free.
INTERIOR- Factory 755 Black Vinyl Bench interior. Seat covers and cushions all new and redone. Headliner, carpet, package shelf, and door panels all new. Dash pad is original and in good condition, but does have some age wrinkles. All weatherstripping is new. Factory tilt column with column shifter. Tachometer is strapped to the steering column- can be removed without damaging anything. Aftermarket amp, oil, and water guages. New sill plates. Pioneer AM/FM/Cassette with dual Pioneer 120 watt speakers. Full set of GM seat belts including shoulder harnesses. Factory Air Conditioning. AC dash controls, lower box, and cowl box are present. Does not work at this time. Needs compressor, hoses, etc. Parts are readily available on Ebay or in catalogs. Original SS steering wheel in very good condition.
TRUNK- All original inner quarters and trunk floor. Trunk compartment is very clean, rust free, and solid. See pics. Freshly refinished with splatter paint. Spare tire and holder.
